Job Title: Conversion Rate Optimization Manager
The company is looking for a skilled and experienced professional to lead their conversion rate optimization (CRO) efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering successful CRO strategies in a commercially focused environment.
The role involves overseeing the full experimentation lifecycle, from planning to implementation, and ensuring that all CRO delivery aligns with business objectives and user needs.
The key responsibilities include:
* Client Leadership: Act as the lead point of contact for CRO delivery on specific clients, presenting strategic recommendations clearly and confidently to senior stakeholders.
* Team Management & Mentoring: Support and develop a small team of junior CRO executives, guiding day-to-day delivery, providing direction, and unblocking technical or process-related issues.
* Strategic Planning & Delivery: Own end-to-end CRO strategy from planning to implementation, analyzing performance data to identify impactful testing opportunities.
* Internal Leadership: Take full ownership of the CRO function, driving operational efficiency and improving internal processes, contributing to a collaborative, proactive, and supportive team culture.
The ideal candidate will have:
* A proven experience delivering CRO strategy in a commercially focused environment.
* A strong understanding of digital analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or Mixpanel.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to effectively communicate test results and strategy through data.
