HR Business Partner
FTE £62,500 – Part-time role of 30 hours, pro-rata salary £50,000
Location: Derbyshire – Hybrid (2-3 days on site, 2-3 days at home)
Duration: 12 month FTC
Are you an experienced corporate functions HR Business Partner with experience partnering teams going through huge amounts of change? Do you enjoy truly generalist HR Business Partner roles that cover everything from Recruitment to ER to partnering with the CFO, while delivering the wider people strategy?
I am fortunate enough to be working exclusively with a large business based in Derbyshire to source a HR Business Partner on a 12 month FTC. This role will be aligned to corporate functions business units and partnering key senior stakeholders such as the CFO. You will be working with an area of the business going through significant change, helping people navigate and accept these changes by coaching and challenging where necessary. This role will also involve managing recruitment for your business area, working with stakeholders to define job roles and conducting both direct campaigns and agency partnerships for niche recruitment needs.
Role Overview:
1. Partnering highly demanding senior stakeholders on their people needs
2. Managing a period of change; coaching and challenging stakeholders to support the business through this change
3. Leading on complex Employee Relations cases for your business area
4. Managing both direct recruitment campaigns and agency searches for a variety of recruitment needs
5. Delivering the wider HR strategy across the corporate functions area
6. Championing Wellbeing, DE&I, Engagement, and Retention
7. Working in partnership with other HR Business Partners to collaborate and work as a cohesive team
