Our Autobody Solutions team is currently looking for a talented Payroll Analyst for Barbados who will support the Human Resources department in Barbados. This role will lead the implementation of our new payroll system and ensure the accurate, timely, and compliant execution of the end-to-end payroll process for the local operation. The ideal candidate will bring deep payroll knowledge, strong analytical skills, and the ability to drive process improvements in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
1. Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for payroll in Barbados, ensuring full compliance with local tax, labor, and social security regulations.
2. Act as the key user in the implementation of the new payroll system, collaborating with internal stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to meet local payroll requirements.
3. Manage the end-to-end payroll process, including data validation, payroll calculations, statutory deductions, approvals, and disbursements.
4. Ensure the accuracy of employee compensation, benefits, and deductions.
5. Coordinate with Finance for payroll funding, reporting, and month-end/year-end closing activities.
6. Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
7. Identify and drive process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and employee experience.
8. Schedule online bank payments.
9. Prepare and submit all required government reports.
10. Support HR with employee payroll queries and ensure timely resolution.
11. Train relevant users and stakeholders on the use of the new payroll system and updated procedures.

Qualifications:
* Educational background in Human Resources Management, Accounting / Finance, Information Systems, or a relevant field with strong payroll / HR knowledge.
* Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Payroll Analyst, Payroll Coordinator, or similar role.
* Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn the organization's HRIS, payroll, and employee management software (SAP SuccessFactors desirable).
* Deep knowledge of payroll and tax regulations.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
* Familiarity with HRPLUS Payroll System and project management is a plus.
