Your Impact Will Be Felt In
* Leadership: Youll inspire, coach, and develop a team of dentists, nurses, and front‑of‑house staff – building a culture of accountability and excellence.
* Operations: Youll ensure the clinic runs smoothly: scheduling, systems, compliance, stock, and patient flow – all under control.
* Performance: Youll track KPIs, identify opportunities, and implement actions that drive growth and efficiency.
* Patient Experience: Youll make sure every patient interaction reflects a premium standard – handling feedback and turning challenges into loyalty.
* Growth: Youll collaborate with marketing to increase visibility and attract new patients into the clinic.

* 3+ years leading teams in healthcare, dental, or service‑driven environments
* Proven ability to improve performance and deliver results
* Strong understanding of operations and customer experience

* Experience with practice management systems (Dentally is a plus)
* Excellent communication and leadership presence
