Responsibilities:

* Lead on strategic business development activities, both strategy and plan
* Manage a small team of sales professionals, including 1-2-1’s, appraisals and KPI’s
* Carry out business development activities to generate new business opportunities
* Work closely with the marketing team to drive brand awareness and lead generation
Requirements:
As a Sales Manager, you will need…
* Proven experience of strategic and hands-on sales activities, plans and KPI’s
* Proven track record of working to and achieving sales targets
* 3 + years of team management
* Experience within ideally construction however manufacturing, industrial or similar sectors may be considered
