Job Purpose
To deliver training on the client record system to Children’s Services staff and assist in maintaining the live/test/train databases. Ensure staff and managers across Children’s Services receive appropriate training as required by the Directorate.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Undertake training to learn the client record system (currently CareFirst; to be Eclipse) and work processes to use the applications appropriately.
* Deliver high-quality training on the client record system to targeted groups throughout Children’s Services.
* Deliver training through various mediums, e.g., online (Microsoft Teams), e-learning, face-to-face with groups and individuals, with varied group sizes.
* Develop training materials for e-learning and process mapping using various applications.
* Maintain training materials, plans, and process maps, updating them with new procedures, equipment, or technology.
* Maintain, analyze, and report on course evaluation returns.
Minimum Requirements
* Sound working knowledge of software within a MS Windows environment or similar.
* Experience with database environments.
* Ability to produce clear and concise written/electronic materials.
* Effective oral communication skills, including presenting information concisely to groups.
* High level of interpersonal skills.
* Organizational and time management skills, with effective record keeping.
* Proven ability to enable others to achieve their goals.
* Willingness to develop new ways of working, especially with new technology and skills.
