We're looking for an Account Director to join BMB agency, part of the wider Cheil network: https://bmbagency.com/
About BMB
We’re a mid-sized creative agency of around 50 humans, lean and flat-structured. Alongside the expected ATL capabilities, we know a thing or two about influencer and social content, and have an in‑house production team who are very lovely people.
At BMB, we have a mantra ‘The most human brands win’. It’s how we approach everything we do, we believe that the brands winning in their categories are showing up with a deeper respect and understanding of their customers. They bring human qualities to the way they behave - with humour, with empathy, with understanding. We also like to work in a similar way, having a deep respect for our clients and their business, believing that by digging deeper and leaping further, we too can win.
Though we’re a part of the Cheil family, we think and act like an independent agency and want people with an entrepreneurial spirit who can help add more energy to our vibrant team.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping the future of a nimble agency with an independent feel.
