Driver Hire Lincoln are recruiting Van Drivers for an exciting on going long term 5 month position! Location: Horncastle Start date: 6th May 2025. Pay £12.46 - £16.61 per hour. The work will involve; Monday to Friday work delivering and assembling products to business’s nationwide Start times between 03:00 and 07:00 in the morning (must be flexible) 8-12 hour days Loading the van at the end of each working day ready for deliveries the following day On rare occasion, up to 2 nights out a week in a hotel (pre planned with notice) Manual lifting required to load, unload and assemble deliveries. Training provided on how to assemble equipment at each delivery. The hourly rate pay rate will be £12.46 and £16.61 per hour over time after 40 hours per week. Paid on a PAYE basis. On the occasion you are required to night out, the hotel will be booked and paid for in a Premier Inn, breakfast is included along with a £26.00 evening meal allowance, and £6.00 allowance for lunch. REQUIREMENTS Valid in date Cat B 3.5 tonne Driving licence Personal transport (to and from the work place) Hi vis and safety boots 'Can do' attitude Flexibility is a must for the customer No major endorsements on licence Happy to have a enhanced DBS performed on them. Must be flexible to start early and night out during the week as and when required. This position could potentially lead to a full time permanent position with our customer if the successful candidate is interested in full time work.
