General Labourers willing to learn new skills and progress to eventually becoming a specialist in the trades of plastering, painting, brickwork, roofing etc with an option to learn trades for a couple of years and eventually getting a rise to the wage of a specialist at that time Projects undertaken are mainly property refurbishments that includes: * Full property refurbishment * Painting & Decorating * Plastering & Rendering * Kitchen & Bathrooms * Carpentry & Joinery * Tiling & Flooring * General Building & Maintenance * Brickwork and Repointing * Gardening & Grounds Maintenance Candidate profile: * Ambitious and willing to learn trades and develop with a growing business * Flexible and hard working * Willing to travel * Must have a full UK driving licence and own transport Details, Salary and benefits: Usual site hours Monday to Friday are 8am-4.30pm £26,000-£27,500 per annum depending on experience Holiday pay Interview stages: Initial telephone interview Face to face interview Temporary start trial period agreed and if successful will lead to a permanen...
