What You’ll Need RMN registration and valid UK NMC Pin – essential Senior leadership experience within CAMHS or child/adolescent mental health services Proven ability to lead a clinical team, manage complex care needs, and maintain compliance with CQC standards Passion for training, mentoring, and developing staff What You’ll Do Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the CAMHS ward. Support, mentor, and develop the clinical team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care. Ensure compliance with CQC standards and clinical governance policies. Maintain strong relationships with young people, families, and multi-disciplinary teams. Oversee clinical documentation, audits, and quality improvement initiatives.
