With a growing portfolio of building projects throughout the Highlands, the business is looking to appoint an experienced Commercial Manager to support the commercial delivery of major construction schemes. The Company Our client is a Tier 1 contractor delivering complex projects across: Education facilities Healthcare developments Commercial and mixed-use buildings Industrial and manufacturing facilities Public sector and community projects Refurbishment, extensions and major upgrades They are widely recognised for high-quality delivery, long-term frameworks and strong project stability. The Role As Commercial Manager, you will lead the commercial and financial performance of large building projects, ensuring robust contract management and effective commercial governance from pre-construction through to final account.
