Responsibilities
This role is responsible for facilitating and managing MAF’s Project Funding system to support and enhance global fundraising efforts. Key duties include:
* Identifying funding opportunities and aligning them with strategic engagement needs.
* Preparing high-quality funding proposals and reports.
* Validating operational data for stakeholder use.
* Ensuring accountability to donors.
* Collaborating closely with Programme Managers, Communications, and Finance teams.
* Training project owners to develop strong, donor-focused proposals.
* Building and maintaining cross-cultural relationships.
* Using media creatively to communicate project impact.
The successful candidate will also actively participate in the spiritual life of MAF, demonstrating a personal commitment to its Christian vision, mission, and values.
Location: Ashford, UK - based in the Support Office
Salary: GBP £27,500 - £31,000 per annum, dependent on experience
