We are experiencing growth in our key customer base and are looking for a dedicated Agreement Delivery Coordinator on a permanent contract to be based in the Wärtsilä office. Preferred locations are Fareham, Glasgow, and Aberdeen within the UK, with availability to attend local customer offices as required to support the Agreement management team.
The successful applicant will work closely with the Contract Management team to ensure that agreements are executed in accordance with both Wärtsilä and customer expectations. The position will report to the Manager, Agreement Management UK and Central Europe.
Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Coordination of tools, spare parts, and workshop services for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, visits, or other activities. Coordinates activities within budget.
* Respond promptly and accurately to assigned contractual customer requests.
* Collaborate with customers to coordinate logistics of tools and parts.
* Work with Wärtsilä teams to implement scheduled overhauls, assign workshop locations, and ensure components are overhauled on time.
* Review and approve internal and supplier invoices for the coordinated activities.
* Work closely with the assigned team and update the contract manager on important issues.
* Deputise for the contract manager as required.
* Handle problem solving and claims, ensuring Wärtsilä's compliance with contractual requirements.
* Maintain proper records of activities and contractual requirements, such as workshop status reports and service work reports.
In addition to the above duties, the post holder must be prepared to undertake additional responsibilities within their capabilities as circumstances change, without altering the overall character or level of responsibility of the role.
Requirements
* Proven technical experience in marine operations or field service background.
* Experience with internal combustion engines and auxiliaries in marine operations is preferred.
* Cost awareness and effectiveness.
* Excellent communication skills and diligence.
* Ability to work under high pressure and meet deadlines.
* Understanding of hybrid solutions is desirable.
* Experience with SAP and Salesforce is an advantage.
