Working Monday to Friday, 12:00 - 20:30, 39 hours per week,
Fixed Term Contract until November 2026
Our production lines are fast-paced and high-pressured, our planning schedule means that the lines will stop and change to other products, therefore requiring equipment to be changed over in between production runs. We are looking for a Skilled Bakery Operative who is hard working and willing to learn and keen to progress. The role would suit an individual with the ability to perform their duties in a physically demanding, fast paced and agile environment.
What you’ll be doing:
1. Ensuring that machine settings are correct.
2. Running quality checks on the size and weight of the depositing ingredient
3. Simple machine maintenance
4. Maintaining a clean and safe production environment
5. In-depth cleaning including taking machinery apart and using chemicals.
6. Ensure own personal hygiene meets the requirements of a food factory!
7. Complete CCP checks thoroughly – training will be given.
8. Completing paperwork accurately

• Have the ability to remain calm in high pressured situations
• Demonstrate the ability to work alone or as part of a team
• Good level of maths and English

• Able to follow instructions and production schedules
• Able to act quickly and safely when a problem arises.
