About the Role As our Lead Tarmac Supervisor, you will oversee the daily delivery of tarmac surfacing works across a variety of projects. The Lead Tarmac Supervisor will ensure all site operations run smoothly, safely, and to the highest standards of quality. Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise all tarmac surfacing operations on site as the Lead Tarmac Supervisor Carry out high-quality hand lay and machine lay operations Build and manage your own team, including: Paver Drivers Screwmen Roller Drivers Rake Hands Labourers Coordinate labour, plant, and materials Ensure compliance with all health & safety regulations Deliver projects on time, within specification, and to company quality standards Liaise with site managers, clients, and colleagues as the main Lead Tarmac Supervisor What We’re Looking For Proven experience as a Tarmac Foreman / Tarmac Supervisor / Lead Tarmac Supervisor Strong hand lay and machine lay surfacing skills Ability to lead, coach, and develop a skilled surfacing team Good communication and organisational skills Proactive and safety-focused approach Full UK driving licence (preferred) What We Offer Competitive pay (DOE) Supportive and professional working environment A genuine opportunity to grow and develop as a Lead Tarmac Supervisor If you’re a confident leader with the technical ability to deliver top-quality surfacing work and the ambition to build your own team, we want to hear from you.
