A leading manufacturing business based in Knutsford is seeking a Finance Leader to take ownership of its finance function and join its Senior Leadership Team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping the financial strategy of a business aiming to be best in class worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:
* Own all financial operations, controls, and compliance
* Lead month-end close and management accounts
* Build and maintain a rolling 12-month forecast
* Track and analyse order intake, income, margin, overheads and EBIT
* Partner with sales, marketing, and operations to turn insight into action
* Lead budgeting and forecasting processes
* Oversee payroll, tax, VAT, statutory reporting, audit and ERP transition
* Develop and mentor a highly experienced team member
What We're Looking For:
* Fully qualified (ACCA, ACA, CIMA)
* Experience in a financial leadership role within manufacturing
* An understanding of the complexities of working in a global business
* Strong grip on controls, reporting and compliance
* Commercial mindset and ability to create clarity from complexity
* Personable, hands-on approach with high resilience and curiosity
* Able to wear multiple hats and thrive in a senior, visible role
