Facilities Manager
Our international law firm client is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager who can contribute to the operational excellence and continued growth of their Cheltenham office.

You will be primarily responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Cheltenham office and its facilities team, including the management of associated contractors and suppliers. The role will work closely with regional Facilities Managers and support the London-based Head of Facilities across a wide range of projects.
Facilities Manager Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage the Facilities Helpdesk, ensuring efficient handling of queries related to heating, reactive works, access requests, administration, and general building maintenance
2. Support the Head of Facilities, Director of ICS with Cheltenham and firmwide projects, day-to-day tasks, and innovative ideas aligned with the Firm’s values
3. Monitor and manage Cheltenham OPEX and CAPEX budgets, including completing the annual budget
