Are you the right person for the job?
A proven track record of providing great customer service
Sales experience with a history of identifying upselling opportunities and following up inquiries
Excellent communication skills and confident in dealing with customers on the telephone
Experience working in a fast-paced operational structure where multi-tasking is a daily occurrence
Proficient user in Excel & experience working with different systems
Good attention to detail
Confident and positive attitude
Plant hire industry experience preferred, but not essential
What will your role look like?
Being the first point of contact for all hires of both daily and weekly equipment
Provide quotes or gather all essential information to enable a smooth handover to the sales team
Assist the sales team with proposals, customer inquiries and business development activities, ensuring essential information is updated within the CRM system
Communicate courteously, professionally, and promptly with customers by telephone, email and face-to-face
Build and maintain excellent relationships with clients through superior customer service
Diarise jobs and ensure consistency and accuracy with booking information
Handle customer complaints or incidents with a positive solutions-focused approach
Continually improve customer procedures, polices and standards for your department
Grow your pump and product knowledge and keep up to date with changes to ensure you can provide high quality customer service and ensure all needs are met
Review job tickets to ensure accuracy prior to billing.
