Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our team and support the design and implementation of our AI-Based Talent Acquisition Engine. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring that our recruitment technology platform delivers measurable value. The successful candidate will leverage data analysis, process improvement, and IT consultancy skills to optimize hiring workflows and support compliance in line with UK Skilled Worker sponsorship requirements.
Responsibilities
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements for AI-driven recruitment solutions.
* Analyze candidate, recruitment, and HR data to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
* Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Looker.
* Participate in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to ensure successful delivery of the Talent Acquisition Engine.
* Apply Agile methodologies to manage project timelines, sprints, and deliverables.
* Conduct advanced data analysis using SQL, Python, and R, applying ETL processes to integrate HR and recruitment data sources.
* Support system integration with ATS/HRIS platforms and ensure accurate data flow between applications.
* Document business processes, workflows, and system requirements using tools such as Visio.
* Work closely with cross-functional teams including IT consultants, data scientists, and HR specialists to ensure alignment on project objectives.
* Provide input on compliance, right-to-work checks, and record-keeping processes to align with UK employment and sponsorship obligations.Experience
* Proven experience in business analysis or a related field.
* Strong knowledge of database design principles and data management practices.
* Proficiency in data analysis skills with experience in SQL, R, Python, Bash (Unix shell), and analytics tools.
* Familiarity with project management frameworks and Agile methodologies.
* Experience with ETL processes and tools such as Talend is highly desirable.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly to stakeholders at all levels.

Pay: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
