Day to Day Duties
As a TIG Welder, your duties will be, but not limited to:
* Reading engineering drawings
* Conduct skilled TIG welding to join and assemble metal components, ensuring structural integrity and adherence to exact specifications
* Prepare metal parts for welding
* Working to tight tolerances
* Set up, operate and maintain TIG welding equipment
* Adhere to safety procedures, wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and maintain a clean and safe work environment
* Inspect finished welds for defects and ensure they meet required quality standards
Essential Skills
1. High-level proficiency in TIG welding techniques and processes for various metals
