Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute strategic plans for buying group accounts
* Drive sales growth and profitability across the assigned portfolio
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in buying groups
* Analyse market trends and competitor activity to inform business strategies
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective product launches and promotions
* Monitor and report on account performance, providing insights and recommendations
The Ideal Candidate:
We are seeking an experienced professional with a proven track record in national account management, preferably within the FMCG sector. The successful candidate will possess:
o Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
o Excellent understanding of the UK retail landscape, particularly buying groups
o Ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels
o Strategic thinking and analytical skills
o Experience in managing P&L and driving business growth
