Sales and Education Advisor
Role Description
As a Sales and Education Advisor, you will work closely with the Regional Sales Manager to support sales and education across key accounts in your area. Your responsibilities include achieving KPIs such as sales targets, education, and managing successful in-store events strategies.
You will serve as the communication link between key customers and internal teams, building relationships within Pixi, engaging key stakeholders to ensure the best assets and support to drive the business, and becoming Pixi’s local expert in your area.
Key Job Responsibilities
1. Understand the ways of working for each customer, including their needs and requirements.
2. Expand relationships with customers by proposing solutions that meet joint business objectives.
3. Support the business by executing in-store trainings and events.
4. Ensure correct merchandising with all updates to meet Pixi guidelines.
5. Act as the key link between Pixi’s internal retail/education team and local store contacts to create POS excellence and drive store engagement.
6. Prioritize in-store performance issues to address those most impacting sales.
7. Analyze market trends and identify new growth opportunities.
8. Suggest new services and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction and sales.
9. Implement new training and education needs as necessary.
10. Collaborate with Marketing and Events teams to maximize growth opportunities.
11. Work with the Regional Sales Manager to ensure retailers and Pixi teams have the necessary tools for success.
12. Review regional expenses and recommend improvements.
13. Act as a Pixi brand ambassador, leading by example.
14. Provide weekly sales reports to the Regional Sales Manager.
15. Support the overall business as needed.
