This is a key role within the firm, acting as the first point of contact for clients while providing essential administrative support to senior management and the wider office team.
The Role
* Welcoming clients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
* Managing incoming calls and directing enquiries appropriately
* Handling incoming and outgoing post
* Diary management and appointment scheduling
* File management and general administrative duties
* Assisting with document preparation and correspondence
* Maintaining a tidy and organised reception area
The Ideal Candidate
* Previous experience in a front of house, receptionist, or administrative role (professional services experience desirable)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Professional telephone manner
* Proficient in Microsoft Office
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Discreet and able to handle confidential information appropriately
