What you’ll do
6. Carry out all spa treatments to the required standards ensuring the specific treatment time is adhered to
7. Assess guest needs and inquire about contraindications ., allergies, high blood pressure, and pregnancy before beginning service
8. Be responsible for your working areas and ensure that equipment is fully operational and clean and report any defects
9. Adhere to Health and Safety regulations by using safe work practices
10. Attend any appropriate training courses required for you to be able to offer all treatments
11. Keep up to date with current techniques relating to the product ranges and any new treatments
12. To provide ultimate client care to all of our guests, giving them an unforgettable and lasting treatment experience
13. To maximise revenue opportunities by offering and suggesting future treatments or products
