Our Fragrance Advisers use their knowledge to assist customers in choosing perfumes and products, ensuring they leave with “That Superdrug Feeling” through exceptional service. Your role involves serving customers at the fragrance counter, promoting add-on sales, maintaining store presentation, and supporting management to achieve targets. Additionally, you may have the opportunity to be trained in ear and nose piercing to support our expanding piercing services (training provided, optional).
What you'll need to succeed
* Interest or experience in fragrance
* Confident communication skills
* Passion for retail and customer service
* Willingness to learn and develop fragrance knowledge
* Optional: willingness to carry out piercing services (training provided)
* Flexibility and adaptability in working hours
