1. Lead and grow the commercial property offering
2. Lead and mentor junior team members
3. Develop new business through networking and marketing
4. Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing clients
5. Deliver high-quality legal advice across a range of commercial property matters
6. Collaborate with other departments to support cross-referrals and firm-wide growth
