Sales Administrator
Location: Bagshot Contract Type: Temporary to Permanent Hourly Rate: £13-14ph Working Pattern: Full-Time (37.5 hours, includes weekends)
What You'll Do:
1. Support the Sales Office Manager in managing all administrative activities that ensure the seamless operation of our Sales Office.
2. Work closely with two Regional Managers to meet KPI figures and sales targets.
3. Act as the essential link between our sales office, designers, our showrooms, and various internal departments.
Who You Are:
4. You thrive in a busy office setting and are adept at multitasking.
5. Proficient in PC skills and comfortable using various software.
6. Self-motivated and have a positive communication style, engaging with a diverse team.
7. Previous customer service experience is a plus!
Key Responsibilities:
8. Coordinate administrative tasks to support the sales team.
9. Maintain communication between sales, design, and management teams.
Ideal Experience:
10. Minimum of 2 years in an administrative role (preferred).
