Role Overview
As a Store Manager, you'll embody our core values through your team of 5 to 15 employees. You will promote retail excellence daily, making customer-centric decisions and setting strategic directions. Your leadership will foster a motivated and engaged team, encouraging a love for the job and enhancing customer experiences. Travel for store visits and team meetings is required.

Minimum Requirements
1. Experience in a fast-paced environment, not necessarily retail.
2. Experience managing a team with passion and accountability for performance.
3. Experience with budgets and Profit & Loss responsibilities.
4. Proven ability to deliver first-class customer experiences through engaged teams.
5. Experience conducting regular reviews and coaching effectively.
6. Track record of working towards targets and growing revenue.
7. Ability to analyze data (footfall, trading hours, etc.) to improve efficiency and manage store rotas.
Desired Skills
1. Strong communication and listening skills.
2. Adaptability to changing business needs.
3. Experience with systems and process adherence.
4. Compliance knowledge in standards, Health & Safety, cash management, security, stock management, FCA compliance, refunds, and discounts.
