Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Back Office Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and a solid background in administrative tasks. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our office, supporting various departments, and maintaining efficient workflows.
Responsibilities
* Manage and maintain office records, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date.
* Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
* Utilise Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications for creating reports, presentations, and spreadsheets.
* Handle phone calls professionally, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette while addressing inquiries or directing calls as necessary.
* Assist with all aspects of marketing and sales.
* Maintain, improve and promote all company websites, and social media.
* Collaborate with team members to streamline administrative processes and improve overall efficiency.
Qualifications
* Previous office experience is essential, with a preference for candidates who have administrative experience.
* Proficient computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications.
* Strong typing skills with a focus on accuracy and speed.
* Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
* Demonstrated ability in data entry and clerical duties.
* Must be able to demonstrate an understanding for numbers, sales and profits.
