We are looking for an enthusiastic Speciality Doctor who will become an integral part of our dynamic team.

The successful candidate will demonstrate a wide grounding in all aspects of radiology and a willingness to be involved in teaching at undergraduate level.
Main duties of the job
The post is for a Specialty Doctor in Radiology delivering plain film reporting, ultrasound lists (primarily inpatient scanning), screening investigations including bariums, CT and MRI reporting. There will also be the opportunity to perform some interventional procedures. All sessions will have Consultant supervision whether direct or indirect.

Detailed Job Description And Main Responsibilities
Purpose of the Job
* Provide a full General Radiology service with consultant supervision
Key Tasks & Responsibilities
* Audit & Clinical Governance
* Participate in a dedicated half-day per month for audit and teaching
* Attend and contribute to clinical governance sessions (elective work cancelled during this time)
* Engage in the developing peer review programme and errors meeting
* Fulfil all CPD (Continuing Professional Development) requirements
* On-Call Duties
* Participate actively in the full on-call rota, providing internal cover
* Multi-Site Working
* Undertake sessions across Frimley Health sites, including locations outside Wexham Park
* Teaching
* Option to participate in the department's teaching programme, if appropriate

* FRCR or equivalent registration
* Entry on Specialist Register or expected within 6 months
