Requirements
Must have:
- Proactive mindset, capable of working independently or as part of a team - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Background in design and development, particularly with Gateway technologies - Willingness to travel weekly within the South/South West area - Expertise in Email, Chat, and File standards - Knowledge of File Type digital formats - Familiarity with XML and JSON schema - Understanding of LDIF, Web, and Chat protocols - Knowledge of server/client TLS certificates - Strong background in software development or IT support, with a passion for cyber security
Responsibilities:
- Identify and implement essential changes to support the Gateway solution while ensuring constant availability - Produce detailed designs for system changes as requested by the customer and Program Manager - Provide expert guidance to the SOC and 3rd line teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex security issues - Work directly with the Solution Owner and Engineering Lead to manage daily technical tasks and project milestones
