The Role: As a key member of the Family Department, youll provide comprehensive secretarial support, ensuring the smooth running of the team. Your duties will include:
Assisting solicitors with divorce, financial settlements, child arrangements, and domestic abuse cases.
Drafting legal documents such as witness statements, court applications, and client correspondence.
Conducting legal research to support case preparation.
Managing client files, ensuring accurate record-keeping and compliance with legal procedures.
Liaising with clients, courts, barristers, and other professionals in a professional and timely manner.
Attending client meetings and court hearings where necessary.
Preparing trial bundles and assisting with case management.
Handling initial client enquiries and providing administrative support to the team
