Maintain electrical, mechanical, HVAC, life safety, vertical transport, facade access, and general services equipment in accordance with agreed specifications. Provide technical advice and act as the authorised person for technical matters. Ensure contractor health & safety obligations and paperwork are reviewed (risk assessments, PPE, method statements, etc.) Ensuring that all aspects of the business are conducted in accordance with all relevant statutory requirements and codes of practice. Manage relationships and key interfaces with the client and the clients' key decision makers. The successful candidate will have: Extensive FM experience managing a large portfolio of buildings (mixed-use preferred). Knowledge of compliance delivery and reporting in large FM contracts.
