We are working with a growing Manchester based agency who partner with some amazing brands! They are looking for a Social Media Account Manager / Director to join their team.
A snapshot of the role:
* Lead on social media strategy and delivery across a mix of well-known consumer brands.
* Play a key role within the senior team, helping shape direction and drive account growth.
* Create and oversee engaging content across multiple social platforms.
* Manage and mentor junior team members.
* Build strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and main point of contact.
* Work closely with wider teams on integrated campaigns and creative ideas.
* Oversee paid social activity, with a solid understanding of performance and optimisation.
* Stay ahead of trends, spotting opportunities to keep campaigns fresh and relevant.
* Contribute to commercial success through strategic thinking and account development
What you’ll bring to the table:
* Proven experience leading social media strategy for consumer brands within an agency environment
* Strong client leadership skills, with confidence managing senior stakeholders and growing accounts
* Track record of delivering creative, insight-led campaigns across multiple social platforms
* Solid understanding of paid social, performance metrics, and optimisation
* Experience managing and developing teams, ensuring high-quality output and collaboration.
