Were looking for passionate and proactive Senior Employee Relations Advisors to join part of a forward-thinking team that values innovation, collaboration and continuous improvement helping shape the future of our organisation.
Reporting to the ER Policy and Projects Manager, youll play a key role in aligning our work with the wider People Strategy and Corporate Strategy. As a Senior Employee Relations Advisors, youll champion a collaborative approach to deliver a high-quality, professional and compliant service.
What youll be doing:
1. Partnering with People Partners and business leaders to address operational HR issues and guide them to make confident, well-informed people decisions.
2. Providing best practice guidance on employee engagement and delivering a consistent, high-quality ER service.
3. Help develop innovative, colleague-led People policies that reflect employment law and meet business needs.
4. Supporting organisational restructures
5. Using data and insights to drive decisions: ensuring activities are logged accurately on HRIS and regularly updated, making evidence-based recommendations to address people issues across the business.
What were looking for:
6. Proven experience in an Employee Relations or similar HR advisory role.
7. Strong knowledge of employment law and its practical application.
8. Ability to coach, influence and build trusted relationships with business leaders and colleagues at all levels.
9. A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for working as part of a team delivering strategic people initiatives.
