We are looking for a Systems Lead with knowledge of Oracle, SFDC and Project Management certification
* Act as the business systems owner for Demantra and related tools supporting Budget and Investment processes, ensuring readiness, stability, and continuous improvement.
* Lead operational workflows across Sales Operations to drive efficiency, data consistency, and alignment between business needs and system capabilities.
* Serve as the bridge between Business and IT, translating functional requirements into system solutions and overseeing their successful delivery.
* Provide support, training, and guidance to ensure optimal adoption and performance of all key business systems (Demantra, Oracle, Salesforce.com).
* Proactively identify, propose, and implement system enhancements that improve data quality, automation, and process effectiveness.
