About
the role:
As
part of the Operations Team, Credit Management Administrator will;
- Be responsible for the completion of administrative duties within the Operations Credit Management function and provide wider support within the business unit where required.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customers and key stakeholders, proactively identifying and resolving queries efficiently.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate manager, ensuring all relevant information is communicated accurately and promptly.
- Coordinate customer letter and email campaigns, ensuring communications are delivered on time and to a high standard.
- Distribute management information and provide clear, concise commentary to stakeholders.
- Support the wider team and department in achieving business objectives and delivering high‑quality outcomes.
- Conduct inbound and outbound customer contact as required.
- Escalate eligible accounts to third parties and manage associated processes, including monitoring account updates.
- Complete accounts receivable administrative tasks such as write‑offs, suspense management, and daily banking.

- Understanding
of the energy sector and regulatory requirements
- Highly
motivated, work on own initiative and capable of problem solving
- Strong
administrative skills including Microsoft packages
- Strong
attention to detail
- Excellent
written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent
organisational and prioritisation skills
- Strong
time management, working at fast pace and to deadlines
