Job Description: Luxury Sales Consultant – Selfridges – 16 Hours/Week
We are currently seeking a Part-Time Sales Consultant for MaxMara in Selfridges.
Main Responsibilities:
* Assists the customers in accordance with the Brand philosophy, service and quality standards
* Pursue the specific objectives assigned by the Store Manager in order to contribute in the achievement of the overall objectives of the store, both individually and in a team
* Clientele activities
* Ensure that all merchandise is properly displayed and organized;
* Maintain and update professional and technical knowledge;
* Delivers excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction;
* Deals with customer queries and complaints;
* Acts as ambassador of the customer-centric logic within the store;
Profile:
The ideal candidate will:
* Demonstrate good conversational English.
* Have relevant experience in luxury retail.
* Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
* Ensure each customer receives a consistent and professional service
* Be motivated to achieve personal and team goals and have worked to KPIs.
* Continuously maintain high standards.
* At least 1 year of relevant experience is a minimum
