Shift Leader (Food Production / Night Shift)
Location: Tamworth, Staffordshire
Salary: £35,000 - £38,000 per annum, night based, tailored training, annual bonus, healthcare package, and company benefits. Occasional overtime.
We are a historically rooted food manufacturer with 60 years of history, now expanding and growing. The role is a night‑based shift leader overseeing a team of operatives and working with site management to drive KPI activity and efficiency metrics.
The Role
* Help to manage a production team and their daily requirements
* Oversee KPI’s and general quality during production
* Train/coach new members of staff
* Liaise with management to ensure alignment throughout business
The Person
* From a Food Manufacturing background
* Some leadership experience
* Commutable to Tamworth
