Client Relationship Manager – Guildford, Surrey
£40,000 - £45,000 plus benefits and commission
We are working for a leading healthcare company who are recruiting a Client Relationship Manager to join their business and become a key role in building, maintaining, and strengthening client relationships. The Client Relationship Manager will ensure customer satisfaction and drive wholesale business growth and support internal operations. This is fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to take ownership of a position and grow and develop this role within the business.
Responsibilities Include:
1. Follow up with customers on wholesale orders to check delivery, service, and satisfaction.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
3. Identify opportunities to upsell products and services, driving growth and increased revenue with existing accounts.
4. Validate new customer accounts via Shopify, ensuring compliance and accurate setup.
5. Submit offers on products to customers in line with business needs.
6. Maintain accurate records in line with company processes and compliance requirements.
7. Support the Quality Manager in quarterly self-inspections, ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
8. Respond to customer enquiries and complaints, resolving issues professionally and promptly.
Experience:
· You will have proven experience in a customer-facing or account management role, ideally within healthcare, pharmaceutical or medical devices - showing evidence of growing business accounts.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and long-term relationships.
· Experience in sales order processing, invoicing, and record management.
· Organisational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and confidence using online platforms (e.g. Shopify).
· Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally.
The ideal Client Relationship Manager will be customer-focused, proactive, and results-driven. You will be professional and adaptable with a can-do attitude and have a strong sense of responsibility, reliability, and confidentiality.
