This Account Manager role supports the Senior Account Managers and acts as a key link between clients and internal operational/software teams. It's a fast-paced role with lots of moving parts, so strong organisation and attention to detail are essential.
What you'll be doing as Account Manager
* Supporting the Account Managers to look after a portfolio of clients and keep relationships running smoothly
* Helping onboard new clients and making sure everything is set up properly from day one
* Co-ordinating day-to-day client requests, queries and updates, and making sure actions are followed through
* Producing regular client reports and supporting meetings (pulling together figures, updates and insights)
* Keeping client information, processes and systems up to date and accurate
* Acting as the link between clients and internal teams to ensure work is delivered on time and to expectation
* Supporting invoicing/admin tasks and helping keep things organised and compliant
What we're looking for from the Account Manager:
1. Previous experience in a Client Relationship lead role
