Business Development Manager (Google Partner)
Location: Remote (UK-based, with weekly London travel)
Salary: £35,000 basic + uncapped OTE (£60,000 £70,000 realistic first year)

Were recruiting an entrepreneurial Business Development Manager to be the first dedicated sales hire for a fast-scaling digital consultancy and official Google Partner. This role is ideal for someone with a proven track record selling into enterprise clients (Marketing Directors, CMOs, senior digital leaders) whos ready to make a real impact and build a sales function from the ground up.
The Role
As sales hire no.1, youll take ownership of the UK sales pipeline and work closely with the founders to drive revenue. Youll consult with enterprise clients on challenges around website conversion, data utilisation and performance, positioning innovative solutions that deliver results. Alongside new business, youll help drive event-led marketing and partnerships to keep the business front of mind with target clients.
Key Responsibilities Lead new business development with enterprise-level marketing leaders
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through outbound activity, discovery calls and qualification
Act as a trusted consultant, identifying and solving client challenges
Drive attendance and engagement at events with senior decision-makers
Represent the brand at industry events, webinars and networking opportunities
Feed market insight into sales strategy and go-to-market approach
What Were Looking For Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally selling to enterprise clients
Experience engaging senior marketing decision-makers (CMOs, Marketing Directors, Heads of Digital)

Consultative and strategic, able to shape solutions as well as close deals
