Role Description
We’re looking for a part-time Marketing Expert to join our growing team. This hybrid role is based in the Greater Plymouth Area, but remote applicants are welcome—we work globally.
You’ll be in charge of managing and growing all our brand accounts like our blog and local marketing, from content creation to engagement, you’ll help shape our voice and drive digital growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan, create, and schedule engaging posts for our media channels
* Develop and implement media strategies to increase engagement and followers
* Monitor analytics and report on key metrics and performance
* Respond to comments and messages in a timely, brand-appropriate manner
* Stay updated on trends, tools, and platform changes
* Collaborate with designers and other team members to execute campaigns
Requirements
* Proven experience managing brand accounts for a business or agency
* Strong understanding of current platforms, tools, and trends
* Great copywriting and visual storytelling skills
* Experience using scheduling and analytics tools (e.g. Buffer, Later, Meta Business Suite)
* Excellent graphic design and video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, etc.)
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Portfolio or references showcasing your previous social media work
Education
Degrees are optional. Creativity, consistency, and results are essential. If you’ve built something brilliant, we want to see it!

* Hybrid or fully remote
* Part-time: ~10–15 hours per week (flexible)
* Competitive hourly rate (based on experience)
