Sales Recruitment Expert

This role offers the opportunity to become a Sales Recruitment Expert where you will focus on finding the best candidates for our team. As a Sales Recruitment Expert, you will review applications, screen candidates, make outbound calls, and contribute to our goal of hitting targets around interview bookings.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets in a recruitment or sales environment. You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach. Familiarity with IT systems and Microsoft Office suite is also necessary.

Key Responsibilities

* Review a high number of applications for Healthcare Assistants, Support Workers, and Registered Nurses
* Screen several candidates daily through thorough conversations, ensuring their skills and experience match our requirements
* Make large volumes of outbound (warm) calls to new and previous applicants
* Achieve and surpass set targets around interview bookings and driving our care services' growth
* Adjust to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high productivity

Requirements

* Proven history of meeting or exceeding targets in a recruitment or sales environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach
* Familiarity with IT systems and Microsoft Office suite
* Ability to handle a high-volume workload and adjust to shifting priorities
* Self-driven, resilient, and able to work both independently and collaboratively
