Job Title: Digital Analytics Manager
Location: Fully Remote or London (Hybrid)
Salary: £50,000 – £60,000

This independent digital agency has been quietly building a strong performance offering over the past two years. Analytics now sits at the centre of everything they do, supporting a portfolio of well-known consumer brands across eCommerce, hospitality, and lifestyle sectors.
You’ll lead digital analytics for the agency, hands on across GA4, GTM, and reporting, supported by a technically strong offshore team in India. You’ll set standards, troubleshoot, and help clients make smarter, data-led decisions. You’ll also have a Director who’ll back you and a CTO you can learn from on the technical side.
Roles & Responsibilities
* Lead analytics across multiple client accounts
* Be hands on with GA4, GTM setups, tracking, and reporting
* Translate complex data into simple, actionable insights
* Work closely with channel leads across SEO, Paid Media, CRO, and Social
* Manage and support two Analytics Execs
Your Skills & Experience
* 4+ years’ experience in digital or web analytics (or solid capability if less experienced)
* Strong knowledge of GA4 and Google Tag Manager
* Confidence explaining data to non-technical stakeholders
* Familiarity with BigQuery and SQL (nice to have)
* A professional, grown up approach, able to lead your area with confidence
