This is a market-leading residential property acquisition and proptech business based in South London. Backed by a major investment firm and in a strong growth phase, they offer a dynamic, fast-paced environment with the stability of a well-funded organisation. You'll be joining a high-performing team focused on progressing sales efficiently and reducing sale timelines to maximise commercial outcomes.
Duties & Responsibilities – Property Sales Progressor:
• Manage property sale from Memorandum of Sale through to exchange and completion
• Liaise with agents and solicitors to ensure proactive chain management and timely updates
• Prioritise files and assist solicitors in progressing sales quickly
• Maintain accurate notes, confidence levels and forecast dates in Salesforce
• Ensure final meter readings are obtained and tasks are assigned to finance
• Contribute to the development of systems, reporting and process improvements
• Use automation and Salesforce to streamline workflows and improve efficiency
Person Profile – Property Sales Progressor:
• Estate agency experience required; sales progression experience ideal
• Commercially focused with strong decision-making and organisational skills
• Excellent communicator, confident working independently and under pressure
• Basic conveyancing knowledge preferred
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRMs (Salesforce experience a plus)

• Salary: £26,000–£30,000 (up to £32,000 DOE)
• OTE: £35,000–£40,000
• Hybrid working: 3 days in office / 2 from home
• Monday to Friday, 9am–5.30pm
