Key Responsibilities:
* Bookkeeping/Accounting
* Track invoices and payments.
* Reconciling international bank accounts credit card statements using a software called Banktivity.
* Book and arrange all travel plans, including hotels and flights, with meticulous attention to detail.
* Handle all postal requirements efficiently, ensuring prompt and secure delivery of correspondence.
* Communication with other Team members.
* Manage invoices from contractors while maintaining accuracy
* Ensure all tasks are completed within strict deadlines, demonstrating excellent time-management skills.
* Adapt to changing schedules and requirements, showing flexibility and resilience.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role.
* Ability to use soft power with boundaries results in building long-term loyalty and friendships.
* Ability to work independently with Mac computers.
* Strong knowledge of accountancy software.
* Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate a high level of trust.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Flexibility to adapt to varying tasks and schedules.
* Strong sense of discretion and ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality.
* Ability to rise above the politics of the situation.
* French language a plus.
* Project Management a plus.
