Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Practice Manager to support our Case Management Teams and the wider business. This pivotal role is responsible for overseeing the smooth running of day-to-day operations, ensuring that our consultants can focus on delivering exceptional service to clients. It offers an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual with a background in legal administration or practice management to further their career in a growing national business.
Responsibilities
· Oversee all aspects of practice administration, including client intake, appointment scheduling, and case file management.
· Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring clients have a positive experience throughout the estate planning process.
· Supervise a team responsible for drafting and maintaining accurate legal documents, including wills, powers of attorney, and trusts.
· Liaise with third-party vendors and service providers to maintain seamless operations.
· Recruit, onboard, and train new team members.
· Maintain a professional, organised, and welcoming office environment.
· Keep up to date with industry best practices and legal developments in estate planning.
Skills & Experience
· Minimum 2 years' experience in a legal, administrative, or practice management role.
· Strong organisational and time management skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
· Ability to prioritise tasks, work independently, and meet deadlines.
· High attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy.
· A genuine interest in estate planning and helping families secure their future (advantageous).

Pay: £30,000.00 per year
