Digital Marketing Assistant & PA with Freedom and AI Tools
We're looking for a proactive, creative Marketing Assistant & PA to support the Managing Director and help shape the next stage of our business growth. This is not a tick-the-box admin job — you'll have freedom to try new ideas, experiment with AI tools, and bring fresh energy to our marketing and operations. This role is hybrid - a mix of home, office and field working.
What You'll Do
Marketing
* Create and schedule content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms
* Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Canva, scheduling platforms, Brevo/Mailchimp, analytics dashboards) to design posts, write copy, and streamline campaigns
* Help manage SEO, Google Ads, and paid social campaigns with data-driven insight
* Build and send email newsletters and automated customer journeys
* Monitor analytics and make recommendations to improve reach and engagement
PA & Business Support
* Manage the Director's diary, emails, and client communications
* Help prepare presentations, documents, and proposals (using AI design tools where possible)
* Keep projects moving by coordinating suppliers, clients, and team members
* Provide general admin support to ensure the smooth running of the business
Why Join Us?
* Freedom to create: we'll trust you to run with ideas, not micromanage you
* Hands on impact: your work directly influences our marketing success
* Future focused: chance to work with the latest AI tools and grow your digital skillset
* Variety every day: from social campaigns to strategy meetings, no two days are the same
* Supportive environment: close collaboration with the MD, with opportunities to learn and develop
Essential Skills
* Confident with social media marketing and content creation
* AI-savvy: comfortable experimenting with tools like ChatGPT, Canva, Brevo / Mailchimp
* Strong organisation and time management (can juggle tasks and deadlines)
* Excellent communication (written and spoken)
* Tech literate across Office/Google Workspace and digital platforms
* Professional, discreet, and proactive
Nice-to-Haves
* Experience in PPC/SEO campaigns
* Knowledge of CRM tools and marketing automation
* Eye for design and brand consistency
