You’ll bring expert clinical knowledge to early recognition and intervention, collaborate across multidisciplinary teams, and contribute to the development of high-quality care pathways. This is an exciting opportunity to join a purpose-driven organisation where your clinical expertise, leadership, and teaching skills will directly impact patient outcomes and service excellence.**How you’ll help us make health happen*** Perform comprehensive physical and psychological assessments of acutely unwell patients.* Initiate, evaluate, and modify clinical interventions to prevent deterioration.* Facilitate timely admission to and discharge from critical care, ensuring continuity of care.* Provide specialist advice and training to healthcare professionals on critical care and resuscitation.* Participate in cardiac arrest and medical emergency teams, offering expert support.* Collaborate with consultants, nurses, and allied health professionals to deliver high-quality, patient-centred care.* Support governance processes including incident reporting, audits, and policy compliance.* Contribute to service development and innovation within the Critical Care Outreach Team.**Key Skills / Qualifications*** Registered Nurse with valid NMC registration.* Minimum 3 years’ experience in critical care nursing or A&E.* Completion of ICU or Acute & Emergency Care Course.* ILS accreditation.* Strong communication, teamwork, and leadership skills.**Desirable:*** ALS/CALS/PILS accreditation.* Advanced Assessment Course (Level 7).* Non-Medical Prescriber (Level 7).**Benefits**Our benefits are designed to make health happen for our people.
